Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition with no signs of damage, wear, or alterations.
- All returns must be made with the original packaging (box, pouch, or any protective packaging it came with) to ensure safe transit.
- If you purchased a set of jewelry, all items in the set must be returned together for a refund. Individual pieces cannot be returned separately. Please ensure the entire set is returned in its original condition for us to process your return.
Refunds:
- After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges for jewelry items. If you would like a different size or design, we ask that you return the original item for a refund (following our return policy) and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If your item is defective or damaged, we’re happy to offer either a repair or a full refund, depending on the nature of the defect. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. We will also cover the cost of return shipping in this case.
Important Notes:
- Gold-filled jewelry, while durable, still requires proper care. Please keep your jewelry free from harsh chemicals, water, and moisture to ensure its longevity. We do not accept returns for damage caused by improper care.
